Our vision is inspired by the philosophy of “Ikigai”- a happy, healthy, and satisfied lifestyle achieved by choosing the right career path, based on an individual’s strengths. We aim to guide students towards their golden career; an intersection of something they like, something they are good at, something the world needs, and something which will give them financial stability in the current competitive world. Working on these principles, we envision a lifestyle for our students where a job is not a burden but a way to achieve success. We envision that, whenever in the future someone lists down the most successful people across different fields, our students will be on the top!

Mission

Shree Career Academy will work in a collaborative way with students and parents to provide technical as well as overall career guidance at all the required steps. We aspire to be a reliable source on whom you can depend at all stages of your career. Specifically, we will:

“Based on personal experiences, I strongly believe that at any stage of our life we sometimes require an unbiased opinion about the right career choice to make; be it what field to choose, what job opportunity is the best, whether switching jobs is better, etc. Someone who gives an answer purely rationally. I felt the lack of such a person during my lifetime, and so I want to be that support for other people. Throughout my experience in teaching and government service, I have guided youngsters via counseling and prepared them to undertake competitive examinations. Through these experiences, I found my passion for career counseling, which is now taking the form of Shree Career Counseling Academy.”
